Ghazal Mahjoubi, DMD opened her oral and maxillofacial surgery office in New York City. Originally inspired by her father’s work as a general surgeon, Ghazal knew from a young age that she wanted to serve her community through a practice in medicine.

Dr. Mahjoubi works with adults and adolescents and practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including:

  • wisdom teeth extraction
  • general anesthesia

THE BEST TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

Dr. Mahjoubi’s training includes a BS from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2003, a Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) from Boston University, as well as specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn.

Her experience includes five years of hospital-based surgical and general anesthesia training. She was chief resident in her fifth year of oral and maxillofacial training and she is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
